Backordered Items: Backordered items are typically dispatched within 6-8 weeks, as they are sourced from our overseas manufacturers.
Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12 pm may be eligible for same-day dispatch with next-day delivery.

Yes, Click & Collect is available at our Crows Nest (NSW) store. Place your order online and wait for a confirmation email to let you know when it's ready for pickup.
Returns
At La Casa by Importante, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer store credits for eligible returns made within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are only provided for faulty items as per Australian Consumer Law.

Gift cards can be used as a method of payment by applying them to the order total at the checkout stage, using the gift card redemption code.
If the order total is less than the gift card total, any remaining balance on your gift card can be used at a later date. If your order total is more than the gift card value, a second method of payment will be required to pay the balance.
