RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY


At La Casa by Importante, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note: We do not offer refunds unless the product is faulty. Instead, we provide store credit for returns that meet our eligibility criteria.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at orders@lacasabyimportante.com.au. Please note that returns need to be sent to the following address: 9 Holtermann Street, Crows Nest, NSW 2065.

Faulty Items

If the item you received is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Once we verify the fault, we will offer you the choice of a refund, replacement, or store credit, in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Store Credits

For returns that meet our eligibility criteria (but are not faulty), we will issue a store credit once the return is processed and approved.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at orders@lacasabyimportante.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
